PARIS 2004

View of the Seine. See guys, we're seeing stuff. Erika at the luggage store repacking her stuff in her new bag. We were BOTH glad she got a great deal on a backpack so that she wouldn't have to complain about the crappy duffel bag anymore.
Erika at the St. Michel Metro stop when we first arrived in our hood. Me in front of our hotel, Moderne St. Germain.
Erika on our balcony. OK, now we're done seeing stuff, ready to go out.
French castle-looking thing along the Seine. Eiffel Tower way off in the distance.
Pyramid at the Louvre. This was right after "The Great Museum Caper" where someone actually tried to steal something while we were in there. We swear it wasn't us. Weird little drummer boy that totally looks real. Everyone fell for it and got freaked out. Sadly, I fell for it four years ago when I was there, yet I still fell for it again.
Some building in the Jardin des Invalides. Sounds bad, but I'm sure 'invalides' means something good in French. Maybe. Eiffel Tower. This is about as close as we bothered to get.
Ready to go out. This was the night we decided to stay in and "take it easy".
OK, I look dumb but it's worth it because Erika looks GREAT! Nice. Let's see how many different poses of the same thing we can do.
Finally, a good shot of me. At least WE think we're funny.
Well, Erika may be having doubts. OK, fine, we'll see Paris some more. Sacre Coeur. Cool.
View from Sacre Coeur. SMART® car. Way cool.
In a rare moment where I was behaving myself, Erika brilliantly thought to take a picture to capture that moment forever. Ah, ready to go out on our last night. Don't you just LOVE Erika's new hat?
And finally we have Erika, sassy as ever.
