| Russian Orthodox Church in Tallinn |

| Same, but with trees in front. Surprisingly I think it makes it look cooler. |

| The Brazilian crew - Philippe, Saam, Tarcisio, and Roberto |
Pink building across from the church. Sadly, that is the end of the Tallinn pictures since I lost my camera and these are all Philippe took since he knew I was getting camera-happy with my own pictures. Arrrr. |

| Helsinki, in one of the rare daylight hours. |
Some crazy sculpture |
 |
| Church [Side Note: I remember the first time I went backpacking around Europe and doing my photo album when I came back and a church similar to the above would have gotten a multi-sentence description. These days "Church" is about all I can muster up. I think I've seen eleventy European churches by now.] |

| Christmas lights display. The point of this picture is also to show how modern and clean Helsinki is. |

| The next bunch are just some miscellaneous night pictures, which is pretty common in Helsinki this time of year since it's only light for about 6 hours. The clock on the building says 15:57 but that's not right; though it is almost that dark at the time anyway. |

| It was surprisingly warm when we were there - like upper 40's, which isn't bad for January that far north. You can see the ice on the skating rink has majorly started to melt. |

| On our way back to Paris we had a layover in Munich and went out in the city for a while. |
We had a cup of guhrwein which is hot spiced wine and it's pretty good on a cold day (or any day for that matter). We watched the skaters, some of which need a little help (in the form of the polar bear "buddies") |
