I am originally from St. Louis but am currently living in Paris. I lived there the summer of 2005 and loved it, and decided to move back more permanently in March of 2006. My greatest passion is travel and I try to do it as often as possible. I've been to 34 countries so far and am always trying to add more to my list. You can check out my travels at One Step at a Time. When I知 not traveling or hanging out in Paris, I知 working from home for one of the 3 companies I'm involved with. One, Web Catalyst, is a web design and project management company I started in 2003. I get to boss people around and use spreadsheets so it's perfect for me. I also co-founded FunnySpoon, a website for simple, tasty recipes that anyone can make! And lastly, my mom and I run a proofreading and editing business called The Perfectionists. My immediate family:

My mom Ellen: She is a project mentor in information systems at Edward Jones. She basically helps people organize their projects so they don't waste time. She is relatively young and everyone thinks we look alike. She lives in St. Louis, Missouri.

My Dad Paul: He is a retired thermodynamics engineer for space and aircraft. In other words, a rocket scientist. He lives in Denver, Colorado.

My brother Stephen: He recently completed his 6-year service in the Missouri National Guard, with a specialty in communications. He bought a house after returning from over a year of duty in Iraq. He is currently a mechanic, which is always good to have in the family!

My Step-family on my Dad's side:

My step-mom Marsha: She is the best hairstylist I've ever known and is a great step-mom. She lives in Denver with my dad.

My step-sister Rebecca: She is my oldest step-sister. She is married to Bill and they have four adorable kids - John Tyler, Kaitlin, Madison, and Jack. They live in Melbourne, Florida.

My step-brother Isaac: He was in the Navy and has been to a bunch of cool places. He lives in Melbourne, Florida and has a daughter, Shayla Raquel, and a son, Ian Warren.

My step-sister Sarah: Sarah is awesome. She has a very cute daughter, Alexa, and an adorable little son, Kyle. They all live in Melbourne, Florida.

My step-brother Jacob: He currently attends the University of North Florida at Jacksonville and surfs in his spare time.

My Step-family on my Mom's Side:

My step-dad Doug: He lives in St. Louis with my mom and is a computer programmer for Boeing.

My step-brother Justin: He graduated from St. Louis University with a degree in Biology and now works as a biological researcher in Chicago.

My step-brother Eric: He graduated college with a technical degree and currently works right down the street from my mom.
